As the coronavirus situation continues, the buying behavior of users is changing. Businesses must keep pace with all this and adjust their processes to avoid losing customers or revenue. Facebook is trying to help businesses and has published two new guides that can guide them on how to survive the crisis.
The current situation has more or less affected all fields. During this period, comprehensive information, as well as financial support of companies that need it, has been very valuable. Facebook recently launched its Resource Center and established a grant program to provide both.
Facebook also recommends that as with all activities moved online, businesses should not forget about social networking and should make the most of it. In addition, they have published a guide with tips and recommendations on how to communicate during the coronavirus crisis.
Now Facebook has gone a step further and has released two new handbooks for:
• Retail advertisers and
• E-commerce advertisers.
Both manuals provide practical guidance on how to stay safe and protect yourself, your employees and customers, and how to deal with communications, processes, and other business operations—all through Facebook tools and options.
The recommendations in the manuals can be applied across disciplines and organizations. Facebook also recommends using alternative channels and trying tips on how to handle the current situation best while minimizing losses.
